Honey Pezil orders ship within one business day from our US fulfillment center. Most US orders arrive in 3 to 6 business days. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages include free US shipping.

Shipping

Once your order is placed through the authorized checkout, it is prepared and shipped within one business day. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number once the package leaves our facility. Standard US delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. The 2-bottle package has a small shipping charge, while the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages ship free within the US. At this time we ship to United States addresses only.

Tracking your order

Your tracking link is emailed automatically when your order ships. If you have not seen tracking within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact support with your order number and we will look it up for you.

Returns and refunds

Every order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If Honey Pezil is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will provide a return address. You can return used and unused bottles, and the refund of the product price is processed once your return is received. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact support within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, no return required for clearly damaged goods.
