Your 60-day window

You may request a refund within 60 calendar days of your original purchase date. We recommend using the product for at least 30 days first, since results build gradually, but the window applies regardless of how much you have used.

What is refunded

Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team at support@honeypezilofficial.com or by phone at +1 (518) 415-0192 with your order number. We will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address. Send back your bottles, including empty or partially used ones, using a trackable method. Once we receive your return, we process the refund, typically within five to ten business days, after which your bank may take additional time to post it.

Conditions and exclusions

The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through this authorized portal. Products bought from unauthorized resellers, marketplaces, or third-party sites are not covered, since we cannot verify their authenticity or origin. We reserve the right to decline refunds on orders that show evidence of abuse of the policy, such as repeated bulk returns.
